Every Dragan Lunzar piece is handmade to order in our Cornish workshop. Please allow three to five working days for creation, plus standard Royal Mail First Class Signed-For delivery of one to two days within the UK. During busy seasonal periods we may require a little longer, but we will always email you with an expected dispatch date. If you need a gift urgently, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order leaves the farm workshop you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Simply click the link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. Most packages arrive within two days, yet remote locations may take slightly longer. If your parcel appears delayed beyond expected timeframes, please get in touch so we can investigate and keep you updated. International orders include end-to-end tracking where available.

Authenticity is central to our brand, which is why we work predominantly with solid bronze, copper, sterling silver and 9ct gold. Each metal is responsibly sourced from trusted British suppliers before being transformed by hand into modern heirlooms. We never use base-metal plating that wears away; instead, every finish is the natural lustre of the chosen alloy. Detailed hallmarking or maker’s marks are applied where legally required, guaranteeing the quality and provenance of your piece.

Bronze and copper develop a warm, natural patina over time, reflecting your personal wear journey. To maintain a brighter shine, simply polish gently with a soft jewellery cloth or a little bicarbonate of soda mixed with water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals such as chlorine, perfumes or cleaning fluids, as they can accelerate tarnish. When not being worn, store each piece in the cotton pouch provided to minimise oxidation and surface scratches.

A well-fitting ring is essential for comfort, so we provide a complimentary sizing service before dispatch. If you are unsure of size, request our reusable ring sizer and measure at home. Should your ring still need tweaking after arrival, return it within 30 days for a free one-time adjustment; you simply cover the postage back to us. Significant resizing or complex patterned bands may incur a small fee, which we will quote in advance.

We are committed to honouring Cornwall’s landscapes by minimising waste. All jewellery is presented in recyclable Kraft boxes lined with FSC-certified tissue and secured with compostable, starch-based tape. Our cotton storage pouches are designed for long-term use, reducing single-use plastics. Mailing envelopes are padded with recycled paper rather than bubble wrap, and every packing slip is printed on 100% post-consumer paper. Please reuse or recycle each element; together we can keep our coastline pristine.

We welcome bespoke commissions that celebrate your story, whether it is a wedding set inspired by Cornish knotwork or a pendant echoing a favourite coastal view. Contact us with your ideas and budget and Sara will sketch concepts, suggest metals and provide a no-obligation quote. Once details are agreed, a 50% deposit secures your project and work begins. Please allow four to six weeks for custom pieces, depending on complexity and hallmarking requirements.

We hope you love your jewellery, but if it is not quite right you may return unused items within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Simply email us first to obtain a returns reference, then post the piece in its original packaging using a tracked service. Bespoke commissions and personalised engravings are non-refundable, unless faulty. Once received, refunds are processed within three working days. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Yes, we regularly send our creations worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express. Delivery times vary: Europe typically arrives within seven business days, while North America, Australia and other destinations may take up to ten. Local customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility; please check your country’s charges before ordering. We complete all documentation accurately to ensure smooth transit and provide tracking so you can follow your parcel every step.
